18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. 2 Corinthians 5:18-20
I have been involved in numerous restoration projects. The projects ranged from houses, to barns, to machining lines at work, to rooms at church and even to cars and tractors. One of the goals that I have is to bring what I am restoring to as good as or better than new condition. We were in a worn rundown condition without Christ. When Jesus died on the cross for our sins he provided a way for us to restore a right relationship (be reconciled) with God.
Do you want to be restored to a better than new condition. Accept Christ as your Lord and Savior. Don’t hesitate start a restoration project on yourself. Prayer: Prayer: Dear Lord I humbly confess that I am a sinner. I ask you for forgiveness. I believe that you died for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and restore me. I want to trust you as my Lord and Savior.
In Jesus name
Amen
